- RFP Number 36C26219R0027 This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation only. The Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and emergency service on UPS systems for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS). If you are interested, and can provide the required services a solicitation will be announced on or about January 19, 2019 and all interested contractors must respond to that solicitation announcement.
