- The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR Part FAR 8.405-(6)(b)(1) only one source is capable of responding). The proposed source is Buffalo Supply, Inc. of 1650 Coal Creek Dr., Suite A Lafayette, CO 80026-8867. The requirement for nine (9) lights, examination, ceiling-mounted [15-866] for Naval Hospital (NH) Twentynine Palms.
