This requirement is for the procurement of 3 EA, Condenser, Stm Aux, NSN 7H 4420 01-590-6470 x5, P/N 701E7763 (MOD). 2. The solicitation number is N00104-19-R-BG38. The proposed acquisition is for Sole Source. 4. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authorityof FAR Sub-Part 6.302-1(c). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 5. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered if it is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation and any amendments issued to the solicitation. 6. In order for your offer to be considered, you must submit the entire solicitation completed and signed, prior to the closing date/time listed on the solicitation. 7. NECO offers will not be accepted. 8. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR part 12, acquisition of commercial items, in its solicitation for thedescribed supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to theContracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. 9. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free TradeAgreements, if DFARS clause 252.225-7036 buy American Act-Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program, is included in the solicitation and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements, ifDFARS clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements, is included in the solicitation. 10.
