- Provide administrative support services to the Global Combat Support System - Air Force (GCSS-AF) Data Services Program Management Office (PMO), AFLCMC/HNII, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. These services will encompass a wide range of duties necessary to support various organizational or management support functions. These duties include, but are not limited to, managing calendars, arranging conference calls and video teleconferencing (VTC) meetings, maintaining organizational listings, managing travel arrangements, managing timesheets, supporting meetings, interfacing with office personnel and private business contacts, performing documentation control (i.e., control of correspondence, suspense's, action items, and data calls), performing records management, and monitoring or overseeing training requirements.
