No formal solicitation document exists at this time Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located in Hampton, Virginia, is looking for a contractor to provide Smart Remote Services, and Tech/Application Support to the Magnetom Aera at the Hampton VA Medical Center (HAMVAMC). The contractor, or contractor s third-party representative, will provide preventive maintenance services during the month of January 2019 and June 2019, but not limited to, installing the Magnetom Aera software when required, troubleshooting technical issues, troubleshooting end-user issues, assisting with backup software, and software updates when required. Please provide the following: Capability Statement (with certifications and licenses to work on fire suppression systems in the State of Virginia and written proof to work on the Edwards (EST) system) DUNS # Business Size & Socio-economics Status (to be considered a SDVOSB/ VOSB; Contractor must be already verified in the vendors information pages VIP www.vip.vetbiz.gov) ____Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business ____Veteran Owned Small Business ____Small Business ____Large Business GSA Contract #; if applicable All capable Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses are encouraged to respond.
