- The purpose of this Amendment, Amendment #03, is to: 1. Post the questions and subsequent answers received in response to the solicitation; 2. Post the final, revised Request for Proposal, which incorporates additional levels of review, as well as any changes made that stemmed from the questions received and the answers given; and 3. Post the list of changes made to the Request for Proposal, for offeror convenience and ease of use. There are no anticipated changes to the due date of Monday, February 4th for the technical and business proposals. There are no other changes made to the terms and conditions of solicitation 36C10X19R0001. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
