- Quote Submission Clarification* For the Guaranteed Delivery Date From Notice of Contract Award, provide only one (1) number of days per quote. The approximate range of days generally expected is 45 to 90. Reminder, multiple quotes may be provided and will be evaluated separately i.e. different systems and/or delivery dates. An additional picture was added of the enclosure next to the tank pad. General Note* Changes in the RFQ from the information below include but not limited to: change of the tank size to 500 gallon (approx.), delivery specifications, and award criteria. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of supply and comprehensive lease including installation of Medical Bulk Oxygen and Nitrous Oxide Supply Systems at the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 W. Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri. The Contractor shall provide, install, and maintain a 750 gallon (approx.) bulk Medical Oxygen tank and Nitrous Oxide 2X2 HP Cylinder (expandable) supply per Statement of Work (SOW). All equipment and materials required to perform this contract shall be provided by the Contractor. The Contractor owned equipment shall be installed, certified, inspected, and maintained by the Contractor without additional cost to the Government. (i.e., all installation, inspection and maintenance costs shall be included in the contract's monthly equipment rental fee for the facility.) The Contractor shall maintain all required licenses and certifications required by Federal and state regulatory agencies to meet all Federal, State, and local certification requirements in supply and delivery of liquid Oxygen and Nitrous Oxide.
