Description

The Department of the Navy (DON) Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and Program Manager Ships (PMS) 444, is providing a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the envisioned NMMES-TR Application & Cloud Service (A&CS) acquisition. Please see the 2 attached files in this notice. (1) RFI (2) Draft PWS All documents are posted in the NMMES-TR Technical Data Repository (TDR), which is accessible via the following: https://acqupass.noblis.org/AccessNMMES Responses are requested as soon as possible, but due no later than close of business on 8 February 2019. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to pms_444_contract.fct@navy.mil. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice, or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the evaluation. All information received that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled in accordance with FAR 3.104.
