Description

The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY14215 has a requirement for chemical treatment systems, servicing of the water treatment systems, water testing, system disinfection services for 3 boilers, 2 chilled water systems (5 chillers) and 5 condenser water systems (6 cooling towers) The purpose of these services is to ensure proper steam quality for the boilers and Legionella prevention for the chilled water and condenser water systems in order to be in compliance with New York State and Federal Regulations, as well as VA guidlines. The NAICS Code is 561790. The expected cost for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is $250,000 to $500,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by Buffalo VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
