Description

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services, Claremore Indian Hospital (CIH), intends to issue Purchase Order by means of a Sole Source justification with Alere Informatics for the renewal of RALS-Web3 software in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The applicable NAICS code is 518210 with a small business size standard is $32.5 million. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability to accommodate this requirement by e-mailing the Supervisory Contract Specialist at sean.long@ihs.gov no later than 3:30 PM CST, January 31, 2019. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement at Claremore Indian Hospital’s sole discretion. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. CIH is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this Notice.
