This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q0079. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 effective October 26, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330, Engineering Services with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, HJ Heinz Campus, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215-1802 and University Drive Campus, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240-1003 is seeking to obtain Generator Fuel Testing Service for both campuses. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be Base plus four option years following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Annual Generator Fuel Testing Services for University Drive Campus: Contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, labor and transportation necessary to provide Generator Fuel Testing Services in accordance with Statement of Work.45 Days following Notice to Proceed. CLIN 0002: Annual Generator Fuel Testing Services for H.J Heinz Campus: Contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, labor and transportation necessary to provide Generator Fuel Testing Services in accordance with Statement of Work. 45 Days following Notice to Proceed. CLIN 1001: Annual Generator Fuel Testing Services for University Drive Campus: Contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, labor and transportation necessary to provide Generator Fuel Testing Services in accordance with Statement of Work. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4235, Revision Number 9, dated 12-26-2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract.
