Description
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region intends to solicit quotations for labor and equipment to clean debris from five trash racks for siphons under the Ririe Outlet Channel in Bonneville County, Idaho Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around February 15, 2019. Quotes will be due on or around March 15, 2019. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ Under Full and Open Competition. Award will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price award for a Base Year plus four (4) 1 year option periods The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562119. The applicable Product or Service Code is Z1KB Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Prospective offerors must submit quotes electronically by email to the Contract Specialist at dlong@usbr.gov. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website located at www.SAM.gov. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury ¿s Internet Payment Platform (IPP). IPP is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website located at www.IPP.gov. For further information about the requirement, offerors should contact Diane Long at dlong@usbr.gov.
