- Page 1 of 1 SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Small Businesses (SB), registered under NAICS code 337127, to supplying storage shelving units to the Hunter Holmes McGuire VAMC. Shelving units must meet the following requirements: Must be moveable and adjustable to meet differing product dimensions Some shelf units will need to be a lockable enclosed security unit, adding versatility and flexibility. Includes end panels, rear panel, and door(s). Available with hinged doors or with single flip-up door. More than one module can be added, depending on unit s overall height Each unit shall have at least four adjustable shelves Units shall be 60inX24in and 60inX18in A track system for the shelves Contractor will need to install items on site Products shall be constructed out of easily cleanable nonporous material such as polypropylene Capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit and up to 125 degrees Fahrenheit If the contractor can provide the abovementioned units the contractor shall submit product information for evaluation. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
