- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is FY19-G4-W54C4V-9018-0001 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561421 with a small business size standard of $15.00M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-02-01 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be iNDIANAPOLIS, IN 46249 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Phone Head set must be blue tooth/DECT 6.0 wireless technology with a boom microphone. Microphone, with a head set weight of.74 oz. Head set need to wireless with answer/end, mute and volume controls. Head set needs to have sound guard technology and mono sound output. Built-in DSP, CAT-iq technology, 540 Noise-Canceling circuit, Sound Guard technology and a max range of 351 ft. Head set must be compatible with Avaya phone model 9608. The head set must have a rechargeable battery with a run time up to 7 hours.
