- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 62ndMPDET and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-02-19 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: LI 001: Furnish all labor, material, equipment, incidentals, supervision and transportation to instillation of the case cracker systems with the work outlined in successive LINs and the Statement of Work for the Fort Drum, NY CID Office., 1, EA; LI 002: Provide one 7 x Interview Room Case Cracker Enterprise Onyx recording system. Requires 1 Case Cracker Enterprise Onyx interview room system See attached install schematic for building layout.Includes CaseCracker workstation with CaseCracker software pre-installed, internal DVD burner, monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and 3-year hardware warranty and software license. Performs motion JPEG compression of video/audio for two interview rooms with two camera views per room. Includes four Overt or Covert Cameras (must specify when ordering) and two covert microphones. Stores up to 1900 hours of video with a minimum so 2 TBs of storage space per two interview rooms. Must be able to record seven rooms simultaneously., 1, EA; LI 003: Install (3) Two room Stationary Recording Systems. Includes CaseCracker workstation with CaseCracker software pre-installed, internal DVD burner, monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and 3-year hardware warranty and software license. Performs motion JPEG compression of video/audio for two interview rooms with two camera views per room. Includes four Overt or Covert Cameras (must specify when ordering) and two covert microphones. Stores up to 1900 hours of video with 2 TBs of storage space. Must be able to record two rooms simultaneously., 3, EA; LI 004: Install a One room Stationary Recording System. Includes CaseCracker workstation with CaseCracker software pre-installed, internal DVD burner, monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and 3-year hardware warranty and software license. Performs motion JPEG compression of video/audio for one interview rooms with one or two camera views per room. Includes four Overt or Covert Cameras (must specify when ordering) and two covert microphones. Stores up to 900 hours of video with 1 TBs of storage space. Perfect for one interview room, 1, EA; LI 005: The 1-Room Turn Key of System must include Turn-key installation to include connecting all items from the peripherals package to the CaseCracker system. Includes professionally wiring and cabling the interview room and the monitoring room (if necessary) and properly configuring CaseCracker audio, video, and software settings. Includes all necessary power strips to plug in all peripherals., 1, EA; LI 006: The 2-Room Turn Key of System must Include Turn-key installation to include connecting all items from the peripherals package to the CaseCracker system. Includes professionally wiring and cabling the interview room and the monitoring room (if necessary) and properly configuring CaseCracker audio, video, and software settings. Includes all necessary power strips to plug in all peripherals., 1, EA; LI 007: Provide a training session to all available Soldiers, after the completion of instillation, to ensure familiarity with the system by the daily users., 1, EA; LI 008: Any construction changes made for the instillation / wiring of the rooms must be returned to its original configuration prior to instillation, to include the patching of holes and paint to its original color., 1, EA; LI 009: The Instillation Company will be responsible for the transportation of its personnel, to include meals and lodging. The Company will be required for the shipping of any equipment required for the instillation of the CaseCracker systems and proper recovery of the instillation site in order to return it to its original condition prior to instillation., 1, EA; LI 010: Provide customer support / technical support at all locations listed in this scope of work from 0800-1700 on weekdays, with a 1 hour response time in order to resolve any issues regarding the case cracker system. This will be an indefinite requirement for the lifetime of the systems., 1, EA; LI 011: Provide a 3 year full replacement warranty on hardware and software., 1, EA; LI 012: Provide software updates for 3 years. If web based updates are not available, provide the software updates via mail with explicit instructions. Be available within 1 hour of contact to resolve any issue regarding the successful updates of software., 1, EA; LI 013: Contractor shall be responsible for field/site visit to obtain and verify measurements, site conditions and to determine correct site conditions, dimensions and structural support requirements IAW with accepted local, state and federal building practices. Contractor shall provide any/all deviations to accepted local, state and federal building practices/codes to the attention of the Construction Inspector and Contracting Officers Representative for review/consideration by the government. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining utility spotting/location and permits that maybe required by Environmental Considerations FB-144R., 1, EA; LI 014: All work shall be in accordance with (IAW) all applicable codes and standards including but not limited to: a. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Criminal Investigation Command Facilities Standard Building Design Criteria dated 12 December 2011 b. Department of Army Polygraph activities Regulation AR 195-6 c. Unified Building Code (Most recent edition). d. National Electrical Code e. National Fire Protection Agency requirements f. Installation Design Guide. g. Fort Benning Environmental Considerations as listed on the projects FB-144R. h. Comply with all Local, State, and Federal NPDES laws and guidelines. i. United States Army Corps of Engineers, Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM 385-1. Applicable edition at award. j. TM 111 Guidance provided in United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Force Protection Program (FPP); Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) for buildings. k.
