Anticipated Period of Performance: The subject competitive solicitation is for a three-year Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of ACFT equipment sets. The following ordering periods will apply: Ordering Period 1: Date of award through 30 September 2019 Ordering Period 2: 01 October 2019 through 30 September 2020 Ordering Period 3: 01 October 2020 through 30 September 2021 Description of Action: The solicitation will be to request proposals to acquire ACFT equipment and to kit sets. The ACFT is a six event test comprised of 11 items of fitness equipment per lane (one set) used by Army units that will measure muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and reaction time. The Government's immediate requirement is for 36,608 sets, with a maximum of 50,000 sets. The minimum contract quantity for each action is 18,304, which will be acquired by the issuance of a task order(s) executed at time of base contract award(s).
