- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for dry dock and repair services for the LD-750/Russelburg workboat, a component of the Regional Rivers Repair Fleet (R3F) based out of Louisville, Kentucky. The contract will be a firm fixed price competitive purchase order. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible offeror with the lowest price. Solicitation documents will be available on or about December 12, 2018 online at http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (formerly the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)). Register via the SAM Internet site at http://www.sam.gov or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. The size standard is 1,250 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. Electronic or facsimile quotes will be accepted. All repair work will be conducted at the Contractor's facility, which will be limited to within a distance of 300 nautical miles from Ohio River mile 606 (Louisville, Kentucky).
