Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intends to negotiate and award a new sole source contract to Siemens Government Technologies, Inc., 2231 Crystal Drive, Suite 700, Arlington VA 22202-3711. This contract will provide software maintenance, to include; upgrades, version updates, patches, and technical support for existing eQube software products. The proposed contract action will be awarded pursuant to the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-NOV-2018).
