Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-19-Q-0018 for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2019-01 (20 Dec 2018). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Aberdeen Test Center-of a Mobile Scissor Lift (See below and the attached specs): The vendor shall provide the following along with the purchase of one (1) new mobile scissor lift that meets the following mission requirements: • Platform height extends to at least 40ft • Platform length with deck extensions of at least 16ft • Platform width with deck extensions of at least 6ft • Operating controls on the platform and on the ground • Operates using diesel fuel • Rough terrain model with 4 wheel drive and outriggers • Includes at least 1-year, unlimited hour warranty NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
