- PR Number: 1000067367 Solicitation: SPE5EN18R0009 FSCs: 5305 through 5360 Nomenclature: General Electric (GE) Source Controlled Items Solicitation Open Date: 12/12/2018 RFP Due Date Extended to: 02/05/2019, 3:00 p.m. EST. Offers submitted via DIBBS must reach the Government office by 11:59 p.m. EST on 02/05/2019. Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 155 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 2,259 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete clause. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only and contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is 300 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please see Procurement Notes C06, L18, L19 and M07 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 3/28/19 Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection Procedures. Offers will be evaluated under the procedures of FAR Part 12 and Part 15. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The Factor is Past Performance (including Quality and Delivery Performance). This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).
