Description
The intent of this notice is to identify potential contractors for market research purposes and to determine if commercial sources are available. The information will be used within the U.S. Navy and will not be disclosed outside the agency. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research, the purpose of this notice is to identify sources capable of satisfying the Government s requirement. If your company would like to be considered as a potential source for this work, please submit a response adhering to the below submission requirements. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East is seeking qualified contractors and subcontractors that are licensed to conduct business in Japan for IDIQ MASC for Demolition Services at Various Facilities, Various Military Installation, Okinawa, Japan. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation to perform all work necessary to demolish and dispose of unused, old deteriorated facilities utilizing an IDIQ MASC for Demolition Services Contract. Locations: The work shall be located at various facilities within the U.S. Government Installations, Okinawa, Japan to include the Northern, Southern, Central Camps, and Ie Shima. Northern Camps are Jungle Warfare Training Center (JWTC), Central Training Area (CTA), Hansen, Schwab, and Henoko. Central Camps are Courtney, McTureous, Torii Station, Kadena Air Base, Shields, White Beach, Lester, and Foster. Ie Shima is installation within Ie Shima. Southern Camps are Kinser and MCAS Futenma. Actual Locations shall be identified on each individual Task Order. The anticipated contract duration is one (1) base year with the possibility of exercising up to four (4) 1-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238910. It is requested that interested firms capable of providing the requested services submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages, including attachments if any) demonstrating your ability to perform the requested services. The documentation should address the following: A) COMPANY PROFILE to include: (1) Company name and address; (2) Company point of contact (including title, telephone and fax numbers and email address); and (3) If your company is registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website, please indicate your DUNS Number and CAGE code. B) RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Indicate your experience relevant to demolition services. C) SUBCONTRACTORS: If known, provide subcontractor partnerships (Optional). D) LICENCES/CERTIFICATIONS: Indicate any applicable local/and or industry certification your company or employee possess relevant to this procurement. E) MISC INFO: Provide anything pertinent to this industry and/or type of work, in general, that the Government should consider. Interested firms may submit information using the form provided under separate file titled Sources Sought Contractor Information Form to demonstrate capabilities, capacity and experience.
