- Description
- The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking industry input on the development, implementation, and deployment of a central enrollment solution for the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. The Central Enrollment Program (CEP) will provide a one-stop-shop within an account-based portal where enrollees can: 1) compare and learn about FEHB plan options, including benefits, cost-sharing, and total out-of-pocket expenses, 2) select a plan that fits the unique needs of their family, and 3) complete the enrollment process, all with customer service assistance. The CEP will be the authoritative source for program-wide FEHB enrollment data, and provide real-time enrollment and premium transaction information to all employing agencies and participating FEHB health insurance carriers (Carriers).
