Description

The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13 to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, DBA ASME, for the annual subscription to the ASME electronic journals data base. ASME is the only vendor that can provide the electronic, multisite, and IP recognition access to their virtual digital library. A Contracting Officer's Determination to award a sole source contract is attached. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
