Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a complete gut and rebuild of Building 307, Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC), located in Beltsville, Maryland on or about Friday, February 1, 2019. This BARC Building 307 Renovation Project will be implemented by the Design-Build project delivery method and will involve the renovation of a current research campus. The USDA has developed a set of Bridging Documents detailing the project's essential elements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
