- SOURCES SOUGHT Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Carbonate Yosemite National Park THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, bids, or quotations. A solicitation does not exist for this requirement at this time; therefore, do not request a copy of solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. It is incumbent upon the interested party to review FedbizOpps,for updates on this notice. The National Park Service (NPS ¬), Yosemite National Park (YOSE) is conducting market research to understand the numbers and types of contractors who have the capability to supply and deliver Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Carbonate to various locations of Yosemite National Park. Sodium Hypochlorite-Liquid must meet the following standards: ¿AWWA Standard B-301-10 (Liquid Chlroine) and B-300-10 (Hypochlorites) or most recent. ¿NSF-60 Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals. ¿Delivered at strength of 12.5% solution. ¿Chemicals cannot impart any characteristics that would cause a violation to drinking water or wastewater standards to finished product. Sodium Carbonate- Dry must meet the following standards: ¿AWWA Standard B-201-13 or most recent. ¿NSF-60 Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals. ¿Chemicals cannot impart any characteristics that would cause a violation to drinking water or wastewater standards to finished product. Interested contractors able to perform the type of work detailed above should PROVIDE COMPANY OR ENTITY NAME, ADDRESS, DUNS, AND CONTACT INFORMATION FOR PRIMARY POINTS OF CONTACT, AND ANY RELEVANT INFORMATION DEMONSTRATING YOUR CAPABILITY TO PERFORM THE WORK to Liset_Gomez@nps.gov. ALL INFORMATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2019. Interested contractors must be currently registered (or be able to be registered prior to any future award) in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the official SAM website at www.sam.gov (SAM registration is FREE - beware fraudulent websites posing as SAM and attempting to collect registration fee).
