- Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A)&(B), the Department of Commerce (DOC)/Enterprise Services intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services for "TeamMate Audit Management System" at the estimated price of $64K. This procurement will provide TeamMate Audit Management System to the DOC, Office of Inspector General (DOC/OIG), so that audit and evaluation program offices can document, review workpapers, and prepare reports for various audit projects. The TeamMate Audit Management System increases the efficiency and productivity of the entire audit process, including assessment, scheduling, planning, execution, review, report generation, trend analysis, committee reporting and storage. The DOC/OIG has used the TeamMate Audit Management System over 16 years and the system holds a large amount of historical DOC/OIG data. DOC/ OIG prefers the TeamMate Audit Management System and therefore, would like to procure Wolters Kluwer Financial Services proprietary software license.
