Description

The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration awarded a sole source contract on January 31, 2017 to Adams & Associates, Inc. 10395 Double R Blvd., Reno NV 89521 for the performance period of February 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018 while the competitive acquisition was being conducted. The statutory authority permitting the acquisition of this requirement was other than full and open competition is 41 USC 254 (c) (1 ), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
