Description

Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for four Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) in support of Joint Munitions Command (JMC) at Tooele Army Depot (TEAD). These CEMS require design, build, and acceptance test of the item fabricated in accordance with the specifications indicated within the purchase description and federal regulations. The CEMS monitors the smoke stack emissions of the Ammunition Peculiar Equipment (APE) 1236 rotary furnace and assures that emissions comply with state and federal regulations. The CEMS will be utilized to monitor chemical emission of APE 1236 furnace in support of JMC. The Contractor will be responsible for all transportation costs. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
