- The FAA ™s Investment Planning and Analysis (IP&A) Organization (AFI-1) Operations Research group requires a general-purpose trajectory and target simulator software tool that provides a realistic analytical tool for evaluating the operational impacts of ATC/ATM systems. This 100% Small Business set-aside, fixed price contract supports the FAA ™s IP&A Organization by providing a general-purpose, trajectory and target simulation software tool for use by the FAA in performing business cases requiring the analysis of aircraft operations. In addition, provisions for training and system support (fixed price labor hour) requirements are included. The period of performance includes one base year and four one-year option periods.
