Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Fort Gordon, GA is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a non-personnel services contract to provide Medical grade gases. The contractor shall perform all pick-up, refill, and delivery of medical gases to include compressed oxygen, compressed nitrogen, liquid oxygen, propane, special gas mixes and medical compressed gas to the Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC) Bldg. 300, TMC#4 Bldg. 21712, Connelly Clinic Bldg. 29709, Hyperbaric Clinic Bldg. 298, Area Dental Lab Bldg. 322, Tingay Dental Clinic Bldg. 328, Clinical Investigations Bldg. 38713, Vet Clinic Bldg. 500, and Snyder Dental Clinic Bldg. 25501 as directed by the Contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This acquisition will be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325120 - Gases, industrial (i.e., compressed, liquefied, solid), Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000. The performance period is estimated to begin around 5 May 2019. If your organization has the capacity to perform these services, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
