- Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for moving services for Hawaii Volcano Observatory (HVO) facilities. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0319Q0013. **IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT INTERESTED VENDORS ATTEND SITE VISIT. DETAILS BELOW** The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, effective 20 December 2018. Set aside for SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS: 484210 ¿ Used Household and Office Goods Moving, Size Standard $27.5M All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Information concerning SAM requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representation information via submission or SAM registration, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation, may be excluded from consideration. LATE OFFERS: Request for Quotations or modification of quotes received at the e-mail address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered.
