Description
This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Networking Contracting Office 6 intends to award a contract for Off-Site Inpatient Psychiatric Services. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia 23667 (VAMC Hampton) is seeking potential sources to provide off-site psychiatric care. The facility must be within 35-mile radius of the Hampton VA Medical Center. The facility shall provide qualified professionals who are experienced in the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and management psychiatric disorders. The contractor will provide routine inpatient psychiatric care to patients having moderate to severe behavioral, withdrawals from drugs/alcohol, moderate to high suicide risk, assaultiveness, agitation and behavior disorders to eligible beneficiaries of the Hampton VAMC. All examinations and procedures must be performed at the Contractors facility. All offerors who believe they can satisfy the requirements are invited to submit a capability Statement. The capability statement shall include name and address of company; socioeconomic status (ie Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) etc), Duns Number, and services offered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 622210. The size standard is $38.5 Million. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. NOTE: Businesses must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Responses should be limited to five (5) pages and the title "Response to Sources Sought (Off-Site Inpatient Services for Hampton VAMC)" should be reference on the subject line of the email.
