- The attached file contains DRAFT requirements currently in a SOW format. The Government is interested in soliciting industry comments and interest. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS OR OFFERS OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. Your responses should include the following: 1. Tailored corporate capability statement (not to exceed 10 pages) addressing the particulars of this effort with appropriate documentation supporting your organization's competencies in supporting the requirements attached to this Notice. 2. Your comments/recommendations pertaining to your review of the material attached to this Notice. Please state your Firm's business size, large, small or other than small. If small, indicate whether your firm is 8(a) certified, a small disadvantaged business, a woman-owned business, HUBZONE certified, or service disabled veteran owned small business. NOTE: Due to the potenttial size of this requirement, a full and open competition may be considered should the Government ultimately determine to issue a solicitation for these requirements.
