Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is: W81XWH19R0021. This is an unrestricted requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333314 (size standard 500 Employees). The following action is to be completed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR) for Upright Fluorescent Microscope with associated Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs)/salient characteristics found in the solicitation. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by USAMRAA, Fort Detrick, MD and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2019-01 which is effective Fiscal Year 2019. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) includes all FACs through 2019-01. Beginning in Fiscal Year 2019, designation of FACs was changed to reflect the fiscal year in the first four digits and the sequence of the issued circular in the last two digits.
