Description

GSA Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, Florida Branch (4PQF) 501 E. Polk Street, Suite 805 Tampa, Florida 33602 is issuing a PRE‐SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Proposal (RFP), firm fixed price construction contract to perform the work listed below in the project summary, to be included with the project Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 333413, Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing (Size Standard $36.5 Million). Specific socio-economic category set-aside requirements may be included upon solicitation issuance projected on/about February 22, 2019. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $35,000 and 40,000. Prospective offerors may submit information regarding socio-economic status and capability statements, along with current and recent past performance references. Responses may be utilized to determine set-aside decisions.
