- This is a combined (DRAFT) synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to issue an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract as a result of this combined/synopsis solicitation on a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE basis. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements, which demonstrates their ability to meet the needs of the Government. Interested sources are encouraged to submit a quote in both hard and soft copies (soft copy to be submitted in a Compact Disc along with the hard copy). All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and NO OTHER SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61340-19-R-0068 is issued as a synopsis/Request For Quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 336412 without any restrictions to business size standards. The Product Service Code (PSC) J028. This procurement is to provide TH-57 Engine Overhaul and Repair Services. This procurement will also include support for Engineering Investigation and Data Reporting. Contract award is intended by the 3rd Quarter of FY19. Statement of Work is attached with detailed description. Information concerning SAM registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/. All new entities registering in the General Services Administration (GSA) s System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days/weeks and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an Active status as the Government cannot award to an entity without an Active SAM registration.
