- In accordance with FAR 5.2 this is a notice that DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract, with an estimated contract value of $2,800,000 on or about 5 November 2018. The RFP will be 100% Small Business set-aside. The proposed action is for the items listed below: NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-OCT-2018).
