Description

Pre- Solicitation Notice The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to RMG Enterprise Solutions Inc. This order will be for the RMG Digital Sign and annual hardware and software maintenance. RMG products contain intellectual property owned solely by RMG. RMG is the only entity authorized to perform all maintenance and support service related to RMG proprietary products. This order requires all field service representatives to have the education, training, and experience to qualify as RMG Field Service Engineers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. Interested contractors may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice, and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 13.106-1 (b).
