- Presolicitation Synopsis - Chemistry and Immunoassay Testing (W81K0019Q0035) William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) located at Fort Bliss, Texas has submitted a requirement to obtain Chemistry/Immunoassay and testing under a cost per reportable result agreement to include equipment, tools, materials, training, and reagents necessary to meet the chemistry and immunoassay testing requirements of the William Beaumont Army Medical Center Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services. The analyzers shall be located in three separate locations; WBAMC Core Laboratory and two outlying clinics. The solicitation number is W81K0019Q0035 and will be available on/about 12 December 2018 at FedBizOpps (FBO.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) ( http://www.sam.gov ) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
