THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal, a Request for Quotation, an Invitation for Bids, a solicitation, or an indication that the PMA-251 Program Office or NAVAIR will contract for the items contained in this RFI. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) is seeking a re-design of the Mk-7 Heat Exchanger. It is anticipated that this requirement will be a Small Business Set Aside (SBSA). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
