- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of Other than Small Businesses and/or Small Businesses, including VIP-Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). Model No. MR850JHU) Must be a heated humidifier compatible with DRAEGER Evita V500 Ventilators and humidifier holder, rail stock number 8416325 (must be able to match and connect to existing contracted disposals tubing and heated wire connections) Integrated flow generator and humidification system for high flow oxygen delivery Delivery flow from 2 to 60Lpm Oxygen concentration delivery up to 100% Compatible with gas sources from high or low pressure One device to perform all humidification applications Fixed temperature modes for Invasive (37 degrees Celsius) and mask mode 31 degrees Celsius) Water out alarm System failure alarm Auto standby Minimum button controls: On/Off, Mode Selector, Alarm Mute Device weight to meet tolerance of rail holder between 1 to 3 pounds Front mounted on/off switch Heater base heats between 86 degrees F to 149 degrees F Include a Dual Heated Circuit Adaptor for each device Include a temperature probe for each device Size must be close to 5.5 x 6.8 x 5.3 inches to fit in holder Electric requirements: 115V to meet current electrical set-up in the department DELIVERY SCHEDULE All items to be delivered F.O.B.
