- The U.S. Geological Survey Reston Acquisition Branch has a requirement for (1) GNSS System to be delivered to Guaynabo, PR, within 30 days of the date the Contractor receives the purchase order. There are no options. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0119Q0073 will be issued on 02/07/2019 with written quotes due on 02/14/2019. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
