- **UPDATE 02/08/2019** The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of Lower Tier Project Office, is seeking Industry feedback in regards to a DRAFT Prototype Project Opportunity Notice (PPON), specifically the draft Statement of Work (SOW), which is currently being developed and may be incorporated in to a future DRAFT PPON that may be issued at a later date for further comments. In order to obtain the Controlled Unclassified Information draft SOW interested parties shall provide 1) their company and Government entity (CAGE) code, 2) demonstrate their company's ability to manufacture radars, and 3) possess a valid, active Defense Security Service (DSS) approved facility for generating, receiving, storing, destroying, and processing classified information. Requests for the draft SOW shall be sent to the following e-mail address: Robert Hearon, robert.w.hearon.civ@mail.mil. This DRAFT document along with any other DRAFT document posted for this requirement is subject to change at any time. The Government requests that all questions and comments be provided to ACC-NJ via email by February 15, 2019 directed to Kevin Puma, kevin.p.puma.civ@mail.mil and Marcos Kamiyama, marcos.g.kamiyama.civ@mail.mil. The Government's intent is solicit industry FEEDBACK ONLY. This is not the FINAL PPON or even the draft PPON and no way be construed as a Request for Proposal or a commitment by the U.S. Government. All questions and comments are to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. If a formal LTAMDS PPON is generated at a later date, a new LTAMDS PPON will be published and more details will be provided. A formal LTAMDS PPON release will be subject to availability of funds and new start authority. All feedback will be considered. Government response may or may not be addressed anonymously as updates to this notice.
