A notice will be posted at a later date, on FBO, with new dates and instructions for Step 2. No letters of Updward invite or Non-Selection have been sent to any Offeror. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
