Description
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office intends to solicit quotations for janitorial services for the Palisades Dam located in Bonneville County, Idaho. Services areas include, the Palisades Dam administration offices, recreation center, multiple crew houses, maintenance shop, and powerplant. The resulting contract will be a performance based, firm-fixed price contract. The contract will include a 12-month base year plus four (4) option years; to be exercised at the Governments discretion. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) on or around February 14, 2019. Quotes will be due on or around February 28, 2019. The Period of Performance is planned to start on or around March 11, 2019. This will be a re-solicitation of solicitation #140R1019Q0008. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ set aside for Woman Owned Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 Janitorial Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $18 million. Once the RFQ has posted, interested parties may contact the individual listed in the RFQ to request a pre-quote site visit before submitting an official quote. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Prospective offerors may submit quotes through the mail, electronically, e-mail, or fax. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be active and registered in the System for Award Management database prior to award of a contract or agreement. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website at www.SAM.gov. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasurys Internet Payment Platform located at www.IPP.gov.
