Description

The SAF/CDM Analytical and Technical (A&T) Services RFP has been delayed. Expected release date 26 November 2018 with 45 calendar days for responses. Anticipated changes from the Draft RFP are as follows: TO 1 as submitted with the DRAFT RFP will be completely re-written. TO 2 as submitted with the DRAFT RFP will be further refined, but will be for the same effort. Scenario was not provided and will be provided with Final RFP. Demonstrated Capability has been enhanced and expanded to capture capability and demonstration of previous work. (Additional pages have been added.) Program Management has been removed as a separate subfactor and will be captured in the Task Order proposals and the Demonstrated Capability section. Small Business remains largely unchanged. Past Performance will be removed as a separate evaluation factor. Pricing will still be required for each of the individual Task Orders as well as pricing for the Government defined labor categories.
