Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE (COMPLETE SOLICITATION TO BE POSTED) STATEMENT OF WORK (ABBREVIATED) SEMI-ANNUAL CALIBRATION AND VERIFICATION SAINT CLOUD VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, ST. CLOUD, MN GENERAL The St. Cloud VA, Health Care System owns and operates four high pressure steam boilers. The boilers supply the campus-wide high and low-pressure underground steam distribution system serving the space heating, domestic hot water, kitchen equipment, and sterile processing needs. The plant includes a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) and deaerator. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE This contract will be for a base year (FY2019) plus four (4) option years (FY2020-2023). Semi Annual Inspection shall begin immediately upon award. Contract shall then submit a schedule of inspections to comply with the frequency requirements of VHA Directive 1810(1) (06 Feb 2017) (Amended 11 Sep 2018) Appendix B. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, materials, equipment, labor, travel and transportation needed for this contract to conduct calibration and verification of the instrumentation for the following: Four (4) Yokogawa DY150 Vortex Flow Meters (Figure 1) Two (2) Yokogawa differential pressure transmitters (Figure 2) Two (2) Rosemount differential pressure transmitters (Figure 3) NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
