Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-17-G-5137 to General Dynamics-OTS, Inc. (GD-OTS) located in Williston, Vermont. This BOA order will satisfy the requirement for Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares and Coordinated Shore Material Allowance List (COSMAL) in support of the AEGIS Weapon System MK 82/MK 200 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GD-OTS is the only qualified source that possesses the in-depth technical experise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK 82/MK 200 system necessary to satisfy the Government's and FMS requirements to be procured under this BOA. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities must contact GD-OTS directly.
