Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, is posting a Sources Sought notice to determine interest by contractors of all business sizes for fuel purchase and delivery for the Schaake Habitat Improvement Project. The Project lies south and west of the city of Ellensburg, WA and was formerly the site of a cattle feedlot and packing house. The infrastructure associated with this business was removed following Reclamation ¿s purchase of the property, with the exception of a pump house that still remains. The Project includes the construction of side channels and removal of the existing levee. A new flood protection berm will be constructed in an alignment away from the river. The applicable NAICS code is 324110 Petroleum Refineries, with a size standard of 1500 employees. Period of Performance is anticipated with construction beginning in May 2019 through November 2019. Interested parties are asked to provide the following information: Business Name and DUNS number, Contact information, Business size and any additional socioeconomic classification(s), Bonding capability, including current single and aggregate performance and payment bond limits, and Brief capabilities statement that addresses experience performing similar projects as a prime contractor. This is NOT a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bids and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Sources Sought notice. Information obtained through this notice may be used to determine the potential for issuing a future solicitation for this project with a small business set-aside, and to provide input for the Government ¿s overall acquisition strategy.
