Description
This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors to provide an EMG system as described by the characteristics below. If you can provide the either a brand name EMG of Natus Synergy Ultra Pro S100 or an equal item that includes the following characteristics, please submit a response to this Sources Sought. **NOTE** Please read all of this document before submitting questions, or an affirmative response. Salient Characteristics 1. Must have a 3-channel amplifier that allows for electrodes to remain in place, accommodating the most common modalities. 2. Must have a triple programmable foot-switch supports hands-free operation. 3. Lightweight case for travel or can be cart mounted. 4. All-in-one electrodiagnostic system with dedicated controls 5. Integrated stimulators. 6. Audio available. 7. Low noise levels for exceptional signal quality. 8. Must include instructional video, help menu, and training classes, virtually eliminating training expenses. 9. Must have a 3-cables with unique connectors 10. On-screen help provides immediate assistance reducing the need for technical support. 11. Simple user interface to navigate through procedures quickly to reduce testing time. 12. Must have a one-button EMR interface to allow to connect the results more efficiently to electronic medical records and CPRS or Vista Imaging. 13. Must have all of the following: automatic reporting, online summaries, and built-in reference value database saves you time and generates reports faster. 14. Must include all probes and accessories needed to fully operational when delivered 15. Must be able to measure more the heart beat 16. At a minimum it must have a stimulating Probe 17. Must also have the Sensory NCS connections 18. The mobile transportation cart is a must that can fit the whole system on for transporting 19. While on the cart cannot be and taller than 72 in or 6ft and no wider the 48 in or 4 ft. 20. When on the table it can be no taller the 36 in and no wider the 48 in. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. The Government recognizes that proprietary data may be a part of this effort. If the Government decides to award a contract for this or related effort, a solicitation will be published and posted on the GSA eBuy or FBO.gov website.
